Bela Shehu
The product and the system around it.
SHEHU is an independent practice shaped by years spent inside the full reality of making products and building a business.

Founder / practitioner
I have spent my career inside design, product development, sourcing, production, vendor relationships, retail, brand building, and ownership.
That experience taught me to see a product problem in context: the decisions around it, the people carrying it, the information moving between them, and the operating habits that either protect good work or erode it.
SHEHU brings that systems-level judgment to product-led businesses. The work is strategic, but it stays connected to how products and companies actually get made and operated.
Working principles
Judgment grounded in the work itself.
Evidence before deliverables
Begin with what is actually happening—not a predetermined package.
Diagnose beyond symptoms
Look for the system behind recurring delays, friction, and rework.
Preserve product value
Improve the way work moves without flattening the judgment that makes the product matter.
Leave capability behind
Success should create greater capacity inside the organization, not dependence on a consultant.
